Not receiving awards.

Hi,
When i finish a battle, I keep getting an error that pops up saying "Encountered an error when contacting the server, please try again." (Not sure if this the same "facebook login loop" error.) Then the game resets. I check progress and see that I won the battle, but when I check inventory, I have not received any awards. This has been going on for a few days now. How am I supposed to upgrade characters without power us? I am playing on a Samsung Tab 3. I have already tried to clear data and clear cache and uninstall and reinstall, still no help. Game worked when first installed, now barley works at all. Also game doesn't work on any other of my devices. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Same thing happened to me, i play on xperia z5.
