I've played all levels of all areas and I get yellow, purple, red and occasionally green, but no blue. I get blue evo runes til the cows come home, but I NEED blue runes.
Any help is appreciated.

I just use all color runes on whatever talisman I need to upgrade. The regular xp runes are random colors on all cosmos worlds. Just go for the best stars and use them all.

No other character has been nerfed so many times!
Many other characters do much higher damage, and have USEFUL passive skills!
Why do you hate that character SO MUCH?

But it costs you a lot more gold that way.

Not unless you use evo runes. Regular runes and shards are pretty cheap to use now.
