For the second week in a row when the weekly timer resets I can't buy crystals because it says I already bought them. Already sent an email to support and they never responded...

Known bug, the game team is working on it.

Also the support team reports they're receiving higher than normal volume so response time for all tickets is unfortunately longer than expected. As long as you have received an automated response with a Ticket # then they have your email and will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.
