Physical charge

Beside assassin death dog and samurai Eddie, what characters have a physical charge (not boost) ability

Don't have samurai, but tried my death dog and this ability works on physical and true damage. Where as blue allied magic/physical boost doesn't work on true damage.

Undead Axis Gunner Warrior has PHYSICAL CHARGE as an ability (cost 6 to grant physical charge on next attack for a target ally)

I have undead axis! Was on my list to be sacrificed. It didn't work on true damage so I double checked death dog, his power is damage charge, not physical charge... So it worked on true, physical and magic. Possibly a sleeper keeper, like PSS

Warrior Child of the Dammed has this ability, it costs 6 power points.

I think there are two versions, one for the party, and one for self
Chance at crit is a nice buff too.
