Grand Sacrifice not rewarded

I sacrificed 2 blue Children of the Damned, 2 blue Angels, and 1 Wicker Man which was enough for a Tier 5 reward. After sacrificing, the game hung with no reward animation. After restarting the game, the toons were still sacrificed and the purple Vortex meter had gone up, but I didn't receive the reward for the sacrifice and I didn't receive the Achievement for a Grand Sacrifice.

You have to contact support for this kind of issue.
No one can do nothing there...

are you sure, you did not receive any reward?
i had it several times, that upon sacrificing, the game hung. The animation stopped and i hat to force-quit the game. Upon restart, the characters were gone, the vortex got up and i go my souls, shards, runes or whatever i got. I just did not really know, what all was new. So if i had no new souls, then there were none.
