How to get back my progress?

I was level 42 and the game starts to bug everytime...
In one of this busg my account has returned to level 1...
I need help to get my level and progress back.

Is everything gone? Characters? Talismans? Or just the story progress?

My trooper friends still can use my team as lv 42, but a can't use it anymore...

I'm in a situation similar to yours, what the mods advised me was to contact support@legacyofthebeast.com and wait for an answer. I did, but still haven't got anything. You should try and see if you get any luck, especially since you've spent some money already.

Game is glitched bad. I leveled up a 4 star character to a five star and it turned into a 1 star. Spent days collecting materials and good money spent.luckily my level didn't glitch out yet. I'm at 66. Good luck getting a hold of support. Tried times before and no luck.

I'm the same I had to reinstall and lost all data...all contact address just bounce back
