What is that limit?
I updated many useless characters because of that message and sold many of them
And that time i m always stuck, CAN t play

Characters: 100 limit

Talismans: 175 limit

I dont recall the shard limit


Word is they are having problems expanding character slots but looking for a solution to add more slots.

Characters is up to 125 now
And talisman I believe is 200

They found the main problem and did a silent update the other day


It seems the devs inherited a bigger mess than they thought Sparton found there was a separate area which controls the limits and has promised more in the future

I believe they are now making progress with this game and we should support them for now

The biggest obstacle now is the drops I saw a large write up this morning from someone
And tend to agree it's going to be a long work in progress unless
Brave new world can do for runes what lol does for evol shards

The limit is set internally and not expandable so next time it say full I sugggest you count the stacks to find out.
