Blue 3* Evo runes

Has anyone had much luck farming for blue 3* Evo runes? The only level that has them listed in the drop inventory is kingdom of sands madness. I've been playing that heaps but have got nothing out of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I farm the last battle in Ailing Kingdom and ingdom of Sands, droprate isn't wonderful though.

Yeah, they can be tricky. Last stage KoS madness I've farmed all day, probably dumped equivalent of a full ToS into it and got 3 of them. So its slow, but they do drop. Got a few evo runes though and more greens (I think). But keep farming it, luck goes your way eventually.
