Where can I find blue 2* evo runes?

I can't evolve my blue talisman, actually I have 53 3*blue evo runes 1 2*blue and 169 1*blue evo runes.

Yup, KoS Powerslave madness definitely. Im getting quite a few.... Its the 3* evos that I need from KoS that arent dropping so often!
