It's anything but surprising.

- RNG combined w. store prices stole the joy out of trying to acquire new characters and upgrades.

- unannounced nerfing was out of control and ruined hard earned characters

- no new campaign content

- infinite bugs with every update

- terrible decision making for promos (more shortsightedness & greed)

- PvP beta though fun was far too little/late, esp. for the nerf costs.

- players are tasked with too many Trooper/pvp obligations and are burnt out

Devs have claimed that our largest concerns/grievances have been reviewed by the team. That means those in charge were either too thick to realize the inevitable consequences or simply didn't give two shits about the players, fixated only on the bottom line. More will go. I have cut back tremendously myself and feel burnt. Once the first wave goes, they are going to be forced to rally like a SOB with content/concessions, or the game will fold.
