How to move to Canada?

How is it that people outside of Canada are getting in Beta PVP? I have seen several people mention VPN to canada to make the game think you are in Canada.

What is this process?

Guess I need to blab more than, been playing since 7/5/16(first account, Now Dead) (8/1/16 on my new one), even have one of the devs as a trooper. Play everyday too.

And got into PvP Beta w/o doing anything. Also I see a lot of other Brazilians (just by their nickname) in my daily list. No need to move to Canada just be patient.

Also if im a (former) celebrity, why didnt they put me on the good or bad list? I feel so dead, i leave for 1 month and im forgotten, just how could i lose all of my glory in 1 month... anyways i demand the cretion of an ingame achievement for having me as a friend on the forums or as a trooper, and the reward is 3 ironite
