Hi,

i wanted to check out my Run to the Hills Eddie.
"Fixate" says: Grants Perfect Hits for 2 turns.

Is it a chance or guaranteed ?

after a quick test, it appears to be 100% (which makes sense based on the language). It also only applies to him. As stated, it also immediately gives him a 50% chance for an extra turn.

i was quite lucky with extra turn, but i didn't notice any perfect hit on his Berserk. It seems to work an all other attacks

The mechanic of OK/Good/Perfect/Late status on attacks doesn't apply an Eddie's Fury - only attacks that you can time (with the overlapping circles).
