Toons with Accuracy on Auto

Some toons special abilities or talisman effect require "perfect" hits. I've noticed toons hit "perfect" less frequently in auto vs. manual. Being part of PvP (defense) is played on auto, are there toons that tend to have higher rate of perfect hits on auto NOT relying on a passive ability?

I've noticed Golden Sons have a pretty high chance to hit perfects, but otherwise people tend to use Desert Marauder (Gunner) or Pyro (Assassin) for the perfect hit passive.
