Where is Trooper Eddie?

Wasn't Trooper Eddie supposed to launch with PVP? Is there a release date for him? What about Navigator Eddie?

I noticed a few new characters in the PvP promotional materials:

- Wrath in your Facebook video (phenomenal video, by the way!)

- Some female characters in the PvP banners in the new "News" section of the game

Are these teasers of new playable characters coming soon?

I think there is supposed to be an Eternal Eddie you can through PvP and Trooper Eddie should be available to purchase with Trooper badges. That was my understanding anyway. I don't know what the hold up on these is, especially Trooper Eddie.... As far as I know it was developed a long time ago
