Arena Crashes (Galaxy S6)

Hi.
Since they added Arena my game freezes every time I click on anything under "Arena".
I get a spinning wheel of fire when I click and it is locked that way until I turn the game off, or probably until my battery wears down.
I have un-installed the game and reinstalled it at least 7 times, that does nothing to fix the problem.

So I purchased a completely different late model Android phone just for playing the game, I thought it was better than paying $400 or more for a PC.

The Arena area locks up on the second Android phone as well. The little wheel of fire spins for an hour and nothing else happens until I close out the game.

Now I purchased a PC (besides my mac) so I can play the game using the memu, but the arena freezes up on there as well.

Maybe it had nothing to do with with my Galaxy S6, but it is my account. ???????? Im baffled!

I thought about creating a second account to test the Arena, but if if works I can't port my characters to the new account, I'd be starting from scratch.

Create another account just for test. If everything will be ok with new one on your phone/memu then ask support to investigate situation with your old account.
