I thought the max level was 100. I'm at level 99 and it stays at 0%.

Is something wrong or it's normal?

This visual bug has been around ever since the game's release. Progress bar says 0% but you are secretly still gaining experience and, if you keep playing, you'll reach level 100 eventually.
