Thx for the reply Leviathan. Even I don't think it justify making a contest for the selected few, its an answer.

Why not make it for all to participate and let the price be ingame items?

I understand that these IRON MAIDEN items are far more worth than ingame items. But if you can't participate that's irrelevant.

Also, regarding the Beta territory/contest area crossover, only Canada was a Beta territory. The US and UK were not involved in the Arena Beta testing.

I was in beta... I live in the US.
