Levelling up and SoT

I have two ideas regarding the current mechanic.

Currently, when you level, your SoT are refreshed to the maximum level. This is not always convenient and often possible to "lose" the value if you refresh them prior to being unavailable (ie, sleep, work).

If, instead of refreshing the SoT, it simply added the maximum amount to your current amount, so it could never be "wasted" if you leveled while your SoT was already high.

Additionally, once you reach level 100 there should be an XP counter to "refresh" your SoT. You no longer level, but you can still get the bonus SoT as if you were.

I like this idea. They owe me thousands of SoT in back pay. What would be nice is a free refill at reset, although I suppose it would have to be an item or something that can be redeemed. The reset time isn't convenient for everyone I guess.
