Double freezing/paralysis sets

Hi,

I was wondering if equiping a toon with 2 sets of freezing (or 2 of paralysis) would improve chances of proc, does anyone has tested it enough to be sure or someone knows the "official" answer ?

Yes,b4 they were nerfed I had double freeze talismans on MGS. Still do but the proc rate is so low it's hard to tell! IMO,not worth 3 or 6 slots.
