Profound Offering achievement

I did two Exalted Sacrifices today but I still can't claim the Profound Offering IV (Achieve a Exalted Sacrifice or better) achievement. Both sacrifices were of exactly 20 000 essence if that matters.

A similar thing just happened to me. I did a Grand Sacrifice of exactly 9000 essence. The V lit up at the altar. But Profound Offering III still shows as not completed. Furthermore, my reward from the sacrifice was a few evo shards, yet a Grand Sacrifice should only reward souls according to the drop-down. My guess is that there are multiple counters in the system and one of them incorrectly requires the minimum essence for the Sacrifice level to be exceeded, not just met. I sent a note to CS about mine.

Just as @druid138 did, I would contact support about this. I am curious as to how this turns out for you. I, myself, am planning on doing an Ultimate Sacrifice, but am only on the Grand Sacrifice achievement. I would like to know if I have to do my sacrifices one at a time, or I will be able to one great sacrifice and receive all of the achievements for it.

Hm, yeah, this actually happened to me as well. I overlooked it at first but now I noticed that my rewards, which were rare warrior and magus souls, should not be awarded for the Exalted Sacrifice tier.

It does seem like the problem occurs when you sacrifice the exact amount of essence listed as the minimum requirement (i e 20 000 for Exalted Sacrifice or 50 000 for Ultimate Sacrifice).
