Character with the same Prisioner's passive skill

Does anyone know if is there any character which has any kind of passive skill as the Prisioner?

I used to have many characters to search for the same passive skill as the Prisioner, but i deleted most part of my unused characters.

I'm asking this, because there are a few characters that have the same skill and maybe because i'll never get a Prisioner, (i'dont believe that the Souls is a RAMDOM system).
