Yea it not very common. I have 2 Ward, 1 Mystical and 1 Overwhelming. Was using them on my Gunner Allied Bomber Boy but have not taken them up beyond 3*

Just as a side note. I have never seen those top and bottom Red Talismans you are using so maybe its all RNG and it hates me because I have played every day since launch.

Those are Penetrating Talisman with set effect chance to ignore Def.
