BUG - Bullet Trace Reset

Sometimes Soldier Eddie Skill "Bullet Trace" doesn't trigger.
It does not happen every time, sometimes it works normal. I could not find a pattern of when it happens or not. But sometimes the RESET is only triggered when i kill 2 enemies, and sometimes does not trigger at all.
