How do I know how many draws I got?

There are no indicators, unfortunately you have to count them manually over the course of the event. If you had one, you will certainly know as the game notifies you of an auto-draw in 10 rounds after a while, and Arena is suspended after the remaining rounds are played without win/loss.

They should add a feature so can see how many draws you had. I think I only had one.

Draws are only a concern during arena events, so far we had two in the past 11 months. But yes, I agree, people that way could track how many extra battles they need to make to reach the threshold of a certain Tier reward.

I had no idea how many draws I had so played an extra 30 battles just in case.
After last week's event I have Arena RSI and a new addiction to PvP 😍

Basically, waste of time. Equal result. No one gains something, like battle never happened.

So why the rewards need that somebody is working? That should automatically be done...what a noob game code...
