Nice one. I've got on the first time 5 skill shards and 5 souls -> all dupes, of course. So, maybe it's better with 9 skill shards, I guess.

Filled it up today. 3 Skill Shards, 2 Rare G/A Souls and 2 Legendary Souls.

Great idea from NF. RNG didn't exactly go my way with the souls, but 3 Skill Shards was really great. Now whom to pump them into.

To get the rewards you get from it, it should take a good amount of time to fill up.

Today I finally filled the vortex meter and I got 2 skill shards, a legendary soul and 5 rare G/A souls. Legendary soul yielded an Assassin Pyro Soldier (good but I would have loved an Eddie or troll, angel of fear, prisoner, nomad, etc) and rare souls yielded a 4* gunner desert marauder, 3* gunner dog, 3* Assassin Undead Axis Gunner, and finally Assassin Soulless Demon and Desert Riders which were dupes. Not wow by any means...
