New Mission Bug

The mission "Stun Boss IV" may be bugged, I have stunned the prisoner in Underworld ten times now with Corrupt General, Holy Smokes Eddie, and Vision Eddie but the count is still 0.

Seems to be one of those random glitches where you're either lucky or you're not.

I met the same bug with Revive Hunter II (use Permadeath on Harpy in Garden of Aset 3 times), but playing it on Normal difficulty worked well.
