3* Blue Evo Runes not dropping

Not sure if this is a bug or a deliberate move, but 3* blue evo runes are no longer dropping. Since picking up my Enduring talismans, these have completely ceased to drop.

I know that this isn't normal, or simply bad luck, because I've kept plenty of logs on drop-rates of these types of runes through my level farming. I was, on average, pulling one of these every 4 plays in Kingdom of the Sands... and even more often when playing the "Unturned Stone" stage. This week, I've farmed that and others in KotS at least 60 times, and have not received one. NOT ONE.

I'm willing to believe this is 'accidental' but please fix it.

That is what really p... me off about this game most. You don't get what you need most. I have e.g. many 3* blue evo but missing 2*. They won't drop, no matter what I do. Since I've been near 100 5* chars drop rate is of 3* evo is just ridiculous! RNG is doing everything to prevent success and I absolutely agree, something has to be done. I can (and we all have to) accept enough randomness in this game, but RNG playing AGAINST you is just disgusting!!!

Been running my troopers on Kingdom of the Sands (Powerslave) today and while checking inventory those stones had the "new" tag (both the XP and evo ones).

So they still drop, at least from that one. I can't say for other stages.
