I'm currently working at evolving and strengthening my lower characters for fun. But to evolve my lower talismans I need 1* multi-coloured evolution runes. Any help?

In every chapter you have a button that says "drop info"... Go there and you'll gave all the drops

I get them in every level that drops 3 star ones. I couldn't tell you if there is a specific level that has a higher drop rate for those because I always have more than enough. If you can consistently farm underworld madness I would recommend just sticking to that as you will get plenty, plus lots of gold and other supplies you'll need later.
