So sorry to hear. I can access my account, but can't advance in content due to server inflicted bugs. But being locked out altogether really stinks.

Before you start over, have you reached out to support? It seems like waiting even a few days for resolution would be better than starting over.

@Reaper The Support team are getting better at recovering accounts, they managed to find mine but i decided to star over before they could do it i was only level 24 at the time so wasnt a big deal.
