Question about Power lost and Prisoner's passive

I have three questions.

1. How come sometimes when I didn't get first in PVP, my power was still only 3?
My opponent didn't have any toons could steal power.





2. Is there any bug in Prisoner's passive?
It should blocks all toons' passive of my opponent in first round.
But sometimes it didn't.





3. In my experience, if you killed some toon, the debuff it deployed will disappeared.
Am I right? Or actually that's also a bug?
Because in very few cases, when I killed toon, the deuff didn't dissapeared.

1. energy talismans on toons can stip all of your energy and leave you with 3 when going 2nd
2. immunity will prevent you from prisoners passive (most of the time hellhound and artillery dog still won't cast immunity for all because...)
3. prisoner is still bugged as hell.

What the...... energy talismans can steal power?!

I always think energy talismans can give you more power but not steal.
