Does LoL Dungeon Rare Soul Even Exist Now?

Since one of the major drop rate update in the past, I think I've never seen any rare soul dropping in the dungeon anymore, even when I spend hundreds of sands of time everyday during fragments soul events. It's still listed on the rewards list though.

Have any of you got a better luck?

get about 2 per week, drop rate is pretty looooooooooooooooooow.

Over the past three weeks I've had 2 drop. I play LoL pretty often, so I'd say they're pretty rare but does happen occasionally.

My experience is pretty similar, maybe 3 or 4 in a couple of weeks. I typically play a full 80 sands on each affinity each day once troopers are done
