For those of us in North America today we're in for a treat. It's only going to be about 80% covered where I'm at, but still an extremely rare event to witness. I saw one other back in the late 70s when I was a kid. The coolest thing I remember about it was the shadows of the trees. Make sure to find some today while it's happening and check it out. Every opening between the leaves projects an image of the eclipse on the ground. It's pretty crazy! Enjoy!
