Visions eddie. Why is he bad?

Ive seen one of my troopers that had a 5* visions eddie but instead of him put his pharaoh dog as champ, ive been curious and have read multiple threads about why hes bad but i never really got it, ive read his skills are shit, and that he cant kill anything, isnt that supposed to be what a sentinel does? Protect and not kill? He looks cool enough and the website even stated that hes one of the most powerful eddies out there. i saw that his abilities scale by hp, yes that makes less builds but still ive heard he cant complete battlefield at lvl 100.

I think it's because his heal was broken. Not sure if it's been fixed yet. If he aoe heals and does everything else reasonably well, he will probably be a good defensive mon.
