New iOS update

I downloaded the new update eager to check out the advertised time rift mode... Only to be greeted with a pop up saying it will be released at a later date. Wtf guys?

also game speed is much slower ... on 2x it's like 1x of previous version , playing on iPad Air 2 , anybody having the same issue ?
