Someone said it, but I can’t find the thread. Prisoner is blocking beneficial effects, as well as talisman procs, not just passives, probably 90% of the time.

Kind of a trade off, but yes he blocks some talismans right now. GPD, WUR and other blockers ignore his passive on the first round, so he's handicapped and doing what it takes to stay relevant.

Yes you are right and if one is lucky they come back when prisoner dies, try AoF and prisoner, you will get that extra turn, eventually.

Forgot about that, but if you revive prisoner sometimes some of the reappearing first turn passives disappear. Sometimes only part of them disappear.
