I won't be wasting any time or effort on this one. BNW takes too long even at low levels. It's more work than fun at this point. Back to the usual grinding of powerslave to try and save gold again... -_-

I’ve never had much luck with “Eddie” events anyway.
Starting with last Halloween’s event (which was cool with the special level), I’ve only dropped Mystic Eddie.

Same here, Mystic was the only event Eddie I ever got. I've never used him once though... I've always wanted warriors, but only ever got RTTHs whom I finally started using a few days ago. And he is badass when used right.

Yeah, I’ve exhausted tier IV characters I want to sacrifice and nothing dropping worth a IV.

Why not allow these "halloween" souls to be obtained through this FOTD level? Why not take advantage of that idea?
I think this would have been much more appropriate than that expensive and bugged BNW.
It would have been a great idea in my opinion...

So after losing on floor X and then having the game freeze on the second try, I decided to jump down to the lower floors. Turns out there's an absolute massive difference between 9 and 10. The talisman bonus that all the opponents get is drastically raised on X where IX is almost reasonably scaled. Also, there's that accuracy buff that they have too that makes completing it take about 15 minutes for me.

But on the 9th floor it took me about 10 minutes less. So two floors that cost the same and have a minimal difference in the soul drop rates, one can be finished in over half the time as the other one.

I think that IX is the best floor for grinding.

I've resided to farming GoF IV.

Really fast. Bring any Trooper with you, Eddie or otherwise. 10 SOT vs 15. In a full hour of farming, I pull about 1 Halloween soul, no matter if I'm farming IX or IV.

I'd imagine the GoL and GoD are yielding similar results, but can't confirm.

Blimey, I just did 3 x GoF X and got no talismans, no souls ...

They should to increase drop chances and remove SoT requirement on all BNW lvl's until the end of the event to compensate angriness and frustration of all of us.
