I just pulled this from a rare soul. I've only been playing for about three weeks, but I seem to remember these being two star. Has this always been a three star character?

I haven't actually seen that as of yet, weird....
maybe something added in this new update to make some of those one and two star characters more appealing maybe?

I got it from a rare soul as well... I don't think they ever came in regular souls... Might be wrong though.

This one and the gunner one was always 3 star iirc. Double AOE. Doesn't seem so bad.

Yeah skills seem pretty good. Maybe it's the blue ones that are two star
