Yeah it's feasible to use his power move every turn and keep your team invincible for the most part. Not really sure how great that is overall though.

I just leveled him to 99 and powered up a talisman on another toon it seems to have saved that

65 rounds on LoL 7 gave me 210 fragments, 2 x 50, average 3.2
Now maximum leveled, maximum skills and maximum talisman set him as champ. Have fun trying him.GotN-0546
