Getting sick on this

New week has started, and can’t claim my trooper souls for the week it says I can in 6 days same thing as last week.

Also last night dropped 50 dollars on the game bought a ton of souls and got absolutely nothing but duplicates. They seriously need to fix this game and the drop rates on stuff. I DONT spend money on this damn game to continuously get the same thing over and over again. Contacted support about getting character swap and wouldn’t do it but the once. About done with this game, and I’ve been playing since it come out. Been trying to get the same character for 2 years and still hasn’t dropped.
At this point I think support needs to compensate me for dumping my money in this shit for nothing but duplicates and characters I can get out of a 1 Star soul.

I have a similar issue. Before reset I was waiting to claim more eternity soul fragments from the arena store, the timer counted down and at reset it now says I have to wait another 6 days!!

Force close your game and restart and/or restart your device. You should be able to spend the badges. The same bug hit me at first.

well man, if you play lotto for years you cannot write to the support and complain because you didn't win anything. that's the nature of these kind of games. but we should at least know the odds, when spending money....

I just think if they’re wanting people to spend money on the game then you should at least get something in return that isn’t a dupe! I’ve probably put more money into this crap than what I should in the last month to just get smacked in the damn face. If you spend money chances of getting a 5 star should be 10x higher for people. Maybe that would make people want to spend money if they knew they’d get something good.

Well all that is why Apple has stated loot box odd must be displayed.. why NF hasn't done that yet.. I don't know. Seems they are stalling as long as they possibly can. I think once players are aware of the odds, sales will drop for the game. At least if odds are as they currently stand.

You’re probably right. I know if I have a 0.5 percent chance of getting a 5* character I damn sure won’t spend nothing on the game unless they raise it to at least 5 percent.

As slauki pointed out, it is a lotto of sorts. I have to disagree with those who think buying a certain number of souls should guarantee them the character. That's a quick way to turn the game into a pay-to-win system. I played 'Mobile Strike' for a brief period and that is all that game is. The one who spends the most wins.

That said, I think a system that would reward people's spending to get souls should be implemented. My proposed implementation would be something like.

1) Create a guaranteed path to get any character. (a pick your toon soul)
2) Put it in the store. Pricing would be 1600 frontier coins for a warrior/magus/sentinel soul and 2000 frontier coins for assassin/ gunner.
3) For gold and ironite purchases add in some bonus frontier coins. $100 purchase comes with 100 frontier coin bonus or something to that effect.

I know it seems stingy, but the idea is to keep it from being abused. Most of the characters I'm missing fall in the assassin/gunner category so wouldn't be a cheap or easy path for me.

And yes, higher prices for those souls as people have considerably more chances to pull them than they do eternal or trooper characters. And, despite the greater number of chances to pull normal characters you have a lower chance of getting a particular toon you may be chasing.

My thoughts, hopefully NF has something in the works.
