Not gonna lie, this basically boiled down to something I planned for well in advance, but then forgot to bake into the event communication plan for my event forum post/our social communications/etc. And considering the negative response to an All Dungeon Weekend last month, maybe it's a wash that we have minor things like this which are just unannounced bonuses... No other character has been nerfed so many times!
Many other characters do much higher damage, and have USEFUL passive skills!
