Sorry about the slow response. I saw your post late yesterday, but I wanted to gather more information from the rest of the team (customer service and programmers) before posting.
The short answer is we thought there was a solution to this about a month ago, but while that solution solved the problem for most users, there are a few other lingering issues that cause similar problems of not being able to log in, but are caused by slightly (or entirely) different things.
For the players still blocked from entering the game, we are pretty sure it's caused by corrupt data that keeps getting overwritten by the device caches. However, we're still working on how to thoroughly solve the problem for all users. We still have a list of people who have contacted us through support, and we will let you know as soon as possible when we have a solution for you through the method you contacted support.
I am incredibly sorry for those of you who continue to be locked out. We don't have a timeline yet, but I hope we will have a solution for you soon.
