Gods of Powerslave Mega-Event - Info and Discussion

Already finished the class challenges, actually managed to get Set. Tbh he's a bit disappointing compared to Horus and Sekhmet. Doesn't do much damage, his powermove is pretty unimpressive and his passive is kind of lame for being an Assassin God. Plus his stats are all wonky. Like, why is his magic so low if he deals all kinds of damage?

Hopefully the last God will be worth it. Getting tired of throwing cash at a game that doesn't make it feel worth it.

Finished the class challenges. Used the following teams:

Normal:
POM Eddie
S Harpy
Value
S Mayan Priestess

Hard:
7th Son Eddie
Clairvoyant
MUR
M Lilith

Madness:
DDE
Gunner Dog
GPD
Prisoner

Had most trouble defeating Aset and Sekhmet on Madness. If you die, it is 25 ironite to revive which is a bit steep imo. Now to get 230 more victories. Probably going to use POM Eddie, W Lilith, M Lilith and The Prisoner and see how that goes on Madness.

Kind of agree, they could have made the rewards a bit better. Like give out (rare) possibilities of higher level talismans or at least 3 star evo stuff on Madness rather than 2 star.

something is wrong with Aset on madness,like she have unlimited health and this desity talisman is like super ultra god destiny...

Nah she seems fine to me. But removing that Destiny Invincibility can be a bear at times, especially since, for some reason, it's immune to buff stealers/removers..

I dont have DDE, I cant get past sekmet on round 4, any suggestions. She dooms me or corrupts my entire team.

I don't generally use gunner Eddies but have sharded Cyborg to try the Madness autoplay - I'm getting about a 50% success rate, would anyone recommend one of the other Gunner Eddies instead? I'm currently teaming with Prisoner, GPD and GD (I don't have AHE or DDE). Cheers.

It is an ok event I think. Not too hard to program - copy another level and bring in some other toons, especially those that are related to that theme - fine. I hope programming this did not take longer than a few days. Event challenges are ok, not too hard for 5 days. So things like that could take place every few weeks in my opinion.
But waking up (Europe time) and see this thread where people have finished the event after a few hours and of course already got the new char makes me a bit disappointed. But maybe this time I can get my first God from the event souls.

You definitely need to shard Navigator. He is the first choice for almost everything except PvP/Gauntlet.
