I know this isn't your area but as you are Nodding Frog employees I am hoping you can help? Is there any chance you can find out and post back here or ask if someone from your support team can sign up to the forum and post here and let all of us who are locked out with the 75% loading problem know just what is going on to fix the problems?

It is 6 WEEKS now since I have been able to get into my account. I appreciate that the time frame isn't all down to the current team but it has gone very quiet again. Last I heard was 2 weeks ago with a failed attempt to fix. I sent an email last week asking for an update and heard nothing so have sent another today.

I know I am not an isolated incident. Pretty sure Jennie is still locked out, I saw another post earlier today about it and another one yesterday where someone said they were giving up hope and starting the game again. Starting the game again isn't a fix - it takes the onus away from the game team in fixing the underlying issue and getting us back in. We have spent time, effort and MONEY to play the game so far so surely the least we can expect is for our existing games to be fixed?

I don't mean for this to come over as a rant as I know there is good work going on in regards to game balancing and future content which sounds exciting but for me current issues should be fixed first. I have been pretty patient over this last 6 weeks but it is now starting to wear extremely thin. All I want to do is get back into my account and play the game
