This is bait, but... I don't know why you think Fierce being OP (making two subtypes subpar) is better than one subtype being subpar.

There's obviously a problem with Red/Blue talismans having the one non-HP subtype without HP being considerably less useful in many situations compared to other talismans. It's on our radar to improve the situation, but the changes we have in mind involve adjustments to the damage equation (so we don't have to improve DEF/MR value by just nerfing the value of HP/true damage), so we've not had a chance to do it yet.
