I recently was lucky enough to get an Assassin CotD and with playing I'm noticing that if I get a kill while using Shroud skill I don't get an extra turn. Is that because the skill has a chance to gain an extra turn (ie its intended to be this way) or is it a bug? I would have thought since the passive says gain an extra turn with a kill which skill you use is irrelevant. In LoL dungeon I don't care so much but its costing me in the arena.
