From what I see, none of his toons can inflict permadeath. But Everyone on my team except eddie got permadeath'd somehow...

What am I missing? Is this a new bug? Are there permadeath talismans I don't know about?
Did his GCR or Harpy have Thorn Talismans that applied the shields? That could be the main reason why your team got Permadeth on them if you then attacked the shields with Physical or True damage.
