I like his visual design a lot. All the sparkles from all those medals that he probably gave himself kills. Not to mention his Fury and the way he walks. So full of himself.

There's one thing I find off though, and that's the 'Wise Council' skill. NF, are you sure you don't mean 'Wise Counsel'?

Because the first one is for example the Council of Elrond, while the second is someone actually giving advice while there.
