Dear troopers and community,

one more time I will travel north to celebrate some great f...ng metal days at the Holy Ground (08/31-09/04). I‘m looking very forward to see some awesome bands (Sabaton with choir playing on two stages, Slayer, Anthrax, Hammerfall, Testament, Rage, Parkway Drive, Of Mice And Men, Crematory, Powerwolf, BFMV, just to mention a few), drinking many beers with old friends and taking a break from the game. Thank you for your understanding! Hope, I will not miss too much here. Btw, anybody going there too?

I did see Slayer last year in the Netherlands. Wish I got a chance to see them again.

Enjoy the fest. I might make it over there one year. Check out Primordial if you've never seen them. They are always great. There's a really intense black metal band from Belgium called Weigedood that I would recommend as well. I really wish I could see Diamond Head, Maybe one day.
