August 2019, Part 1 Tuning Discussion - PRELIMINARY

I kept getting glitches two days ago when the Quantum event started. Then a faint, quick notice of "your game content is out of date" or something like that .... so went to LOTB google play, sure enough, an update for the app was there. So I reckon this August update is live now.
This pic shows there was an indication that something wasn't right..... might need to update.
