spend fragments on legendary heroic or anniversary souls

I will soon have enough fragments for either the legendary heroic soul for 750, or convert for 3 anniversary souls. Which would you buy?

It all comes down to need. I haven't needed anything from the heroics in about a year but, if I did, that would definitely be my recommendation.

If there is something that could be in the anniversary soul it might be worth the shot.

Personally as I don't need anything from either of the souls, I would go with the Heroic and hold on to it just in case the heroics ever come back in use for me.
